Location 

Directions to Holmwood House from Chelmsford, Ipswich, Harwich or Braintree:             

Leave the A12 at junction 26 signposted A1124 Halstead.
Follow this road for 300 metres to roundabout after short section of dual carriageway. 
Go right around this roundabout, start back towards the A12 and turn left into Halstead Road.
Holmwood House is about 1 mile along this road.  You will pass a bridge crossing the A12 to
your right followed by the turning into Lexden Squash Club on your left.
The road bends sharply left and the school entrance is on the left after this bend.
