Staffing

 High staff to child ratios are maintained at all times.

A strong and positive relationship between practitioners, children and parents is established when a child joins the Nursery. 

Staff are supported and encouraged to undertake training in order to promote their professional development.

Staff at the Nursery are employed for their dedication and love for children.   All staff are highly qualified up to degree level.

Children are cared for by a
dedicated team of staff
who work exceptionally well together.
